Health & Wellbeing at Work Conference 2026

Health & Wellbeing at Work Conference 2026

The last two days we’ve had the privilege of exhibiting Mind Matters at the Health and Wellbeing at Work conference at Birmingham NEC – and what a two days it has been.

Events like this always remind me how passionate people are about creating healthier, more supportive workplaces. From conversations with HR leaders to chats with wellbeing and neurodiversity champions and mental health advocates, the energy around improving workplace wellbeing was incredible.

One of the highlights was the learning. So many insightful talks, ideas, and shared experiences that genuinely challenge the way we think about supporting people at work. My brain is still processing it all – in fact, I’m pretty sure it’s the reason I am not sleeping tonight!

It’s inspiring to see so many organisations prioritising mental health, prevention, neuroinclusion, and meaningful support for their teams. The conversations we’ve had over the last two days have reinforced just how important collaboration, education, and knowledge-sharing are if we want to make real progress.

A big thank you to everyone who stopped by to speak with us, share their experiences, and explore how we can continue improving workplace wellbeing together.

Now to let my brain try to switch off… eventually!
